There is a 3-night minimum stay for international guests | one night minimum for permanent residents of the DR | No minimum stay required for CDC Villa resident owners.


The Resort do not offer day passes or allow anyone staying in a VRBO, Airbnb or any 3rd party private rental within the CDC community to use any of their venues.


100% of our guest must be staying on property as a registered guest through the room block.
